Were the victims names in this case Mary Lou Holmes and Freddie Doberly? I was wondering why you can't find anymore information on this case on the internet? Did Robert Stack mention this case in a retrospective later on?

The question you need to be asking yourself is "why would there be information about this case on the internet"?
The double homicide occurred in 1978. Consagra pled guilty and was sentenced. For all intents and purposes, the case IS solved in the eyes of the law. Consagra appeared once to proclaim his innocence on a brand new experimental "special" that to the best of my knowledge, only aired twice in the U.S. never to be repeated on network/cable/syndicated television ever again, and that is likely only still discussed/traded for/cared about by people like us.
Consagra was subsequently released a few years later (good behavior?) and died quietly at his home in 1996.
I doubt anyone (and by anyone I mean police/enforcement agency) is investigating this sordid affair today.
Newsbank is being screwy at the moment so I can't get the correct spelling on the victim's names. I'll amend this when I do.
EDIT: The victim's names were Freddie Douberley and Mary Lou Holmes.
