It seems that EVERYBODY loved her in the 90's, espcially her first album Mariah Carey. Now people call her a slut and a witch witha B. Back in 1990-1995, NO ONE called her a B or a Slut. In 1997she did a 180 and began dressing in Hoochie Mama clothes.:barf: And that trend has continued. 1997-2006. Almost a decade of her dressing likek a hoochie mama and NOT going back to her "sweet" beginnings, 1990-1995.

I think a lot of it had to do with her marriage. When her marriage ended, so did her innocent image. It seemed like she wanted to break away, and do something completely different. She may have had a few rocky years, but her career definitely isn't hurting right now.

I still like her. I think her clothes have improved some since the Glitter era.

I think a "hoochie mama" is someone who dresses in really short, low-cut, tight-fitting, revealing clothes.
