At first, I thought since he had his mother's teeth, I say Rose, but now I say Mario.

I Look at the picture and I think Scott Looks like his Father.

Which explains the reason why his father had a brief part as the instructor in the 1st Season of Charles In Charge..

He's a combination of both, but his outstanding features, beside his smile, is his hair and those beautiful eyes, that's his Mom. His sister is very pretty too, she looks more like his Dad.

I think while is a combination of both his parents, he has more of his mother's attributes (her eyebrows, her eyes, her smile). But I do agree with the poster who mentioned Stephanie, Scott's sister. She really does look like her dad. Steven and Scott favor their mother.

Classy woman, though.

I do see the resemblance a bit in Scott of his mother, Rose, a bit. It must be the eyes and the eyebrows.
