For me, it was in Episode # 48 in Season 4 "Whoever Did This" when Tony killed Ralph after Ralph killed their horse Pie-O-My. I was not expecting to see this. Tony seemed to be on good terms with Ralph since Ralph was captain and they both had their own horse Pie-O-My. It surprised me that Tony killed Ralph just because Ralph killed a horse.
