View Full Version : Do you like the "CALL WAITING" feature? TVFactFan 03-18-2006, 09:46 PM I normally don't over when I'm talking to someone but sometimes I hate hearing someone say after they click over-"Can I call you back? Especially when it's a female I'm trying to get to know-lol James"Thunder"Early 03-18-2006, 09:55 PM It's a good feature, it's much better than your number just sending out a busy signal when you are talking to someone else. swedeace 03-18-2006, 09:56 PM I never really get that happening very much because I don't really get many calls in the first place. But yeah, that clicking sound can be annoying... Brieannas21 03-18-2006, 10:04 PM I hate hearing someone say after they click over-"Can I call you back? I never did it to a guy since I met my husband when I was 14 and we've been together ever since. Ireneparalegal 03-18-2006, 10:34 PM I like it because you can use the phone and not be worried abt missing a call. I remember back in the dayz when I was a teen and I would hear the following: "I tried calling and the phone was busy for over two hours, were you on the phone????" dawsongirl 03-19-2006, 04:31 AM I never get calls to even get 2 at once. TVFactFan 03-19-2006, 01:12 PM My mom doesn't understand how to use the call waiting feature. I explained to her that you don't have to CLICK over everytime the phone beeps. You can let your voicemail get it. That's why I don't accept her calls that much anymore because I think it's rude to keep clicking over. Honestly I rather just talk to my mom face to face Janice 03-19-2006, 01:17 PM I have Caller ID with Call Waiting. That way, I can look and see who's calling when I'm on the phone, and decide if I want to click over or not. TVFactFan 03-19-2006, 01:24 PM I have Caller ID with Call Waiting. That way, I can look and see who's calling when I'm on the phone, and decide if I want to click over or not. My mom said she doesn't want the Call Id/Call Waiting Feature because she would have to keep puttinng her glasses on to see who's calling-lol I tried to explained to her that the Caller id/call waiting feature was created to CUT DOWN on someone clicking over EmoJoe 03-19-2006, 05:07 PM yeah, its much better then busy signals Polniaczek033 03-19-2006, 05:12 PM i like it.
