I tried right clicking a picture and save it that way, but it won't let me. Is there another way to do it?

You could click print screen on the keyboard, but that captures the whole desktop and not just the picture

^^ Yes, and you can also paste it into Paint or a paint program and crop what you want and then save it as an image.

Here are the steps:

1. Open up the image you wish to obtain.
2. On your keyboard, hold down the ALT key and tap on the "Print Screen" button. It is located right at the top of your keyboard. This places your "screenshot" into the clipboard ready for you to paste.
3. Open up Microsoft Paint by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
4. Paste your image by going to Edit > Paste.
5. In order to crop to the image you wish to save, you would use your rectangular selection tool. It is the first one on the right side of your tool palette. Then, make a selection by marqueeing (click and drag diagonally) around the desired area. At this point, you will see a selection. Go to Edit > Cut.
6. Go to File > New > click on "No" when it asks you if you want to save > go to Edit > Paste.
7. Save your image as a .jpg, .gif, or .bmp (depending on what file extension you wish to save it in).
8. And...violà!!! You have your image. Good luck! :)

I use VLC media player

that is what I use too, you can't have a better player than that. It plays every possible kind of video and codec there is. Also when getting the picture from the video you don't have to save the file or name it, it does it automatically for you. It is the easiest program to use.

evilNpunk, if you don't have it you can get it here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Thanks... I installed it, and it looks a little complicated. Like I can get a video to play, but its just the audio. Idk... its all probably to complicated for me. I dont know much about videos...

Well when you want to take a picture of the video that you have playing, just right click and go down to snapshot, and you will have the capture.

I meant that when I play a video, the picture doesnt come up, but I can hear the audio.

How long did you let it play? When I watch FOL on my computer sometimes it'll take a few seconds before the picture will pop up.

I let it play for like a full minute... Ok I tried a different video and it worked, that one just must not be compatible or something.
And after I take the snapshot, how do I retreive that image? Sorry if I sound stupid lol.

Go to My Computer and then go to My Pictures and it should be in there.
