I am just curious to know when did it jump the shark? Or was it always a #1 show in 1990...Just curious to know.

Charles was never a #1 show. And the last Season did suck. From start to finish! I hate when they air those episodes. I only like that the kids got older. That's it. Actually, I think the show went downhill after Season 3. Season 4 wasn't as bad as the last year, but it does come close. Some of the episodes were just downright silly and dumb.

Really? Then why did the announcer(judging it is from 1987) of the learning program...Kids In Motion said starring from the hit T.V show Charles In Charge....Just wondering from that.

I also wonder would it matter if it rain for a few more seasons instead of the over 100 episode mark. Just curious..

I agree with you here totally. Season four wasn't nearly as good as the first three seasons, but there was still some good episodes. Season five was just pretty forgetful, I think.

I just seen the final episode...they didn' t bother to use Charles, Mr. Powell, or the kids that much. It was all about Charles' aunt's carwash business which made go WTF:confused:? Though a little plus to see the Castlevania arcade game in the carwash. I use to play that arcade all the time. But I found the story to be a tad trite and I wish for a more tighter closer, but, alas, that will never happen.

as you'll no doubt see in the other thread, this was not the final episode.

I do not think that Charles In Charge went Down Hill In The Last Season.

The final episode is called Charles Be DeMille. Charles agrees to direct Sarah's talent show and interviews about going to Princeton. The ending has the cast hugging (minus Sandra Kerns) and the audience sings along to the theme song.
