By sheer luck, I happened upon a movie on Lifetime called "Chance Of A Lifetime" starring John Ritter and Katey Sagal, put out in 1998. I haven't watched it yet. It was on in the wee hours of the morning, so I recorded it on my DVR. Since I haven't watched it yet, I can't comment on how good it is or isn't. However, before this, I didn't realize that John and Katey had worked together before "8 Simple Rules". Apparently, someone at ABC saw them in this movie, and thought they worked well together. Perhaps some of you already know this, but it was a surprise to me...

If nothing else, I can add it to my archive of John Ritter performances...

That's actually my favorite movie of all time. Katey's character Irene is so much like me. In fact, my name, "Spike-Maguire's Lady" is based on that movie. I'm still wating for my John Ritter to come along. ;)

I love that movie. It is a really good one. As a matter of fact I am probably going to watch it tonight. It is one of my favorite John movies. Spike-Maguire's Lady I didn't even realize that your user name was based on that movie. I never really thought about it. That's pretty cool.

Wow... while I don't know you, I must say that if you're like Irene, you're the kind of gal I'd like to know. This is not a proposition, just a statement of fact. I'm not in any way like John Ritter, but if I was, I'd be asking how to get in touch with you...

I realize this is a Three's Company board, but I love Katey Sagal as well. Many didn't take her seriously after only seeing her in "Married With Children", but she's shown herself through other shows and movies to be a fine actress. She can do the comedy stuff just as well as drama. She's also a very classy and sexy lady, in my humble opinion.

It's a good movie, but I like Heartbeat a lot better. And if I may add, be very careful who you talk with on the net.

I must say, John Ritter was a very good and talented actor, but may I add that he was just like any other typical guy. Meaning no matter how cute a guy is, they're all pains in the (you know what).

Okay! How can you lump all men together. Yes, some men cheat on their wives. They are generally a pain in the neck, but not all men are like that!

My husband doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, heck he doesn't even watch sports. About the worst thing he does is leave the toilet seat down!! Please don't make general statements like that!! Not all men are pains in the ass.... Please think before you make such a general statement. I have met many men in my life that are wonderful to their wives. In fact some of the women I know are worse than their husbands.
