Anyone catch "Family Guy" the other night? They did a scene-for-scene spoof of the opening credits of "That Girl", with Peter (the father) as "That Guy". They had all the scenes (view from the train, That Guy sees himself in a display window, the kite, the parasol), and they had a duplicate of the theme, with the lyrics reworked for "That Guy" instead of "That Girl". It was completely out of the blue, and hilarious.
