In todays game, Allen Iverson tore a tendon in his foot according to a Sixer team doctor and will most likely miss the rest of the season. Forget about the Sixers winning the division and they may even miss the playoffs.

espn is reporting that he left with a high ankle sprain. But you never know.

Either way, thats not good for the team. They just have to keep pushing on without him.

oh man, thats not good for the team and him phyiscally.

This guy is a warrior, pound for pound.

Those types of injuries can be career enders. It ended the careers of Cam Neely, Kerry Kittles, and Harold Miner.

It has just been announced that Iverson's injury isn't as bad as originally thought and he will miss only 1-2 games. Huge sigh of relief for the 76ers fans.

Just heard on the radio he is expected to miss 4 games which means he will not be taking the trip out west and that should increase the Nets division lead over the 76ers. 76ers should defintley lose all their games out west with AI.

Looks that way for sure.

Not a good year (or years) for AI. Voted off the USA team, injuries, fricition between Webber, etc....Is it time for Philly to move on?

I would say yes, and fast before it gets worse.
