Just a reminder to fans old and new of this time honored classic.

There seems to be a trend for everyone asking that the series be repeated again. At the moment that will not happen except in some small US domestic markets. The syndicator of the series Paramount Television (through its parent company Viacom) says that the series is in a "moratorium" which means it may not be seen for quite a long time.

However, as Editor of possibly the best resource on the show, might I just take this time to remind everyone one that for everything you could possibly want to know on this show, please check out my complete episode guide over at TV.Com (you can then search for the show by title).

What will you find there? Complete storylines, guest casts, production credits as well as a myriad of background information on the show. Alot of the trivia is actually quite well hidden but if you click on an individual episode title in any of the twelve years of the show it will then open with links to additional trivia and background info that may be of special interest to some of you.

After loving this series since I was a kid, and spending the best part of 30 years researching and cataloguing all 380 half hour episodes, I feel confident enough to say that my guide can be considered the ultimate resource on the show. Check it out, and let me know what you think, or feel free to ask any questions you may have either here or via email at:

In my area, the show can be seen in Buffalo on WNGS-TV which I can't get because the reception on my UHF antenna for that particular channel is so awful.

What I would like to know is if there is any news regarding "My Three Sons" on DVD. The website TVShowsOnDVD has nothing, not even a sentence, which I find rather strange since the show is still so beloved by those who remember it. Since you're an expert on the show, Geoff, maybe you would know something. What have you heard?

I have new questions also:

1. Is "My Three Sons" now the third or fourth longest running comedy series?

2. In the episode, "First Night Out" from Season 9, Katie attends her high school reunion. In "Charley's Tea" from Season 8, Uncle Charley says that Katie is 19. Most American Teenagers graduate high school at 17 or 18. I've never heard of a 3 or 4 year high school reunion. Did I find a blopper?

Thanks Geoff for your help. :)
