View Full Version : Why would the Jeffersons Theme Song be playing during a TVFactFan 03-12-2006, 02:21 PM timeout of a NBA Basketball Game in the year of 2006?-lol I just don't see what the Jeffersons theme Song has to do with a Basketball Game, especially in 2006. I heard almost the entire theme song playing during a NBA Basketball Game on ABC this afternoon ThomasE 03-12-2006, 03:42 PM It is a good theme and it grabbed the attention of others, for example, yourself. I heard the Three's Company theme play once at an Angels baseball game. Gimme a Break's theme is played often in basketball games I think. The Jeffersons theme is played a lot, and I mean a lot. I think last year or a few seasons ago, whenever Richard Jefferson did a dunk, the line "we're movin' on up" played.
