On Sunday, February 19, 2006. The beloved husband of Angela Henson; father of Taraji, Shawn and April Henson; brother of Brenda, Norma, Everett and Gilbert Henson and Monica Henson-Bell; grandfather of Marcell Johnson. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 9 a.m. at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Chapel, Cheltenham, MD. Arrangements by KALAS FUNERAL HOME, Oxon Hill.

I know I'm a little late on this but I haven't checked my Yahoo in a while. I thought everyone should know and think of Taraji during this difficult time.:( :rip:

R u kidding? I'm sorry, I know you probably (or I'm hoping) didn't mean anything by it but it was her father! She's not going to get over it in 3 weeks and just because she sang a song, doesn't mean she's not still hurting. :(

ahh..im sorry Taraji..i may not know what it feels like to loose a parent but my friend becky at school jus lost her father from a heart attack recently and even though she seemd back to normal after like 3 days when she came back i could tell thats what just kept her going but she was probably stil hurtin.:( ohno:

i think vasht1999 probably meant that she got back on her feet quicker than she thought she would.
