What is your all time favorite episode of "The Monkees" and why?

I liked Monkee vs. Machine(because of the dialouge between Machine and Monkee),Monkess ala Mode(which shows how much magazines can distort the truth),Monkee Mayor(which did show that politics and nobility can't always mix)and Monkees Watch Their Feet(a hilarious pseudo-documentary).

My favorite episode is the Fairy Tale. i love that one cuz Mike is dressed in drag, and it's just plain hilarious! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Yeah, that Fairy Tale one is great! I also like the one where the boys get involved in that hillbilly family feud. Oh, then there's always "The Frodis Caper" (aka Migacageo (sp?)). Too weird for words!!!

I've noticed that all the favorites on this board are on this video I have where the Monkees all tell what theor favorite episodes are... Davy chose the one where they were on a boat, Micky chose the Frodis Caper, Peter chose the Monkee vs. Machine, and Mike chose Fairy Tale. My favorite episode is one of the first ones where they play for a girl's Sweet 16 party, and Davy falls in love with her. She fails her history final because she didn't study, and the Monkees helped her, and she passed! *whew* that was a mouthfull

My favorite Monkees episodes are: "Mijacogeo" (a.k.a. "The Frodis Caper"), "The Monkees On The Wheel", "Art For Monkee's Sake", “I've Got A Little Song Here”, and "The Monkees Mind Their Manor."

In one place where they are asked favorite episodes,Davy chose The Frodis Caper(the last episode),Mickey chose The Devil & Peter Tork (their own Faust story)and Peter chose The Fairy Tale(which showed television was a land of paper-mache and make-believe).

When Mickey had a chance to be a guest VJ he showed his 4 favorite episodes:The Devil & Peter Tork,Monkees at the Circus(apropriate for the ex-Circus Boy),Monkee Mother(where he sang Sometime In The Morning)and The Frodis Caper(which he directed and co-wrote).

The next day,Peter was a guest VJ and he showed The Monkees' Gift Horse,Monkees In A Ghost Town,The Fairy Tale and Monkees Mind Their Manor.(He directed this last one.)

My favorite Monkees episode is the one with Babyface, Micky's cousin, and Micky plays the part of Babyface to catch the robbers in Babyface's gang! It is so funny! And Micky looks quite hot, quite hot. Double Micky, what more could you ask for? http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif I also like the episode with the Chinese restaurant owners/kidnappers.
