I've narrowed the following ones down.

Mary Ann Perez disappears and later someone confesses to killing her but evidence suggests that she may still be alive. (11/20/91)
Roger Dean and his wife become robbery victims but Roger may have planned the robbery which ultimatly led to his death. (11/6/91)

I'm pretty sure the Whackers first aired on May 25, 1994. That was the first time I saw it and I watched the show pretty regularly in those days. I also know the update on the capture of David Viera aired during that episode as well, but I have no idea when the original story aired.

For what it's worth, the 5/24/94 was an extended 90 minute timeslot, and Lifetime broke it down and probably stuck some of the stories from that night in with other episodes.

I'm the editor of the Unsolved Mysteries section at tv.com. I posted that info myself.

Oh, well I guess you don't need my help then. :rotflmao: Thanks for letting me know for future reference, though.

Stephanie Booker and her friends have a terrifying hit and run incident with a speedboater. (1993-1995?)
I want to say this was from Spring 1997 some time. My family was supposed to to go boating shortly after it aired. I didn't want to go after that. :P

Larry Costine (5/31/94)

Thanks for your help. I should point out that the 9/19/90 segment is not the King of Arsonists segment. The 9/19/90 segment is the case where the arsonist filmed his crime. The King of Arsonists segment aired in 1992 and a witness reported seeing a suspicious character lurking around the scene of a fire and a composite sketch was drawn.
