Where on earth are Phoebe's powers... i know they were taken away because she had been using them for personal gain, but i think its time to give them back, its been like 2-3 seasons since we last saw Phoebe levitate if m not mistaken, and her empathy vanished in air too. Phoebe's powers arent nearly as cool as Paige and Piper's... but i hope they give them back to her before the finale.

Phoebe isn't going to levitate anymore, because it costs too much money to do it. Yeah, her empathy has just vanished.
