Yes, he passed on years ago.

He died in 1991 or was it 1990. He had part of his head taken off, and used a paper towel to cover it. He smoked alot even after they took part of his forehead off he still smoked.

but yes...he died, and it was in 1991.

I have no problem what thread gets answered. Because someone knew might have a question and it might get answered when alot might not take the time to go through all the threads looking for the answer. Alot think after a certain amount of time that has pasted that post is dead and should stay dead. I disagree, if it could helps someone new then go for it. It also eliminates more post being made of the same topic.

If memory serves me correctly, there's a couple of the same threads asking about Joe...all you have to do is IMDb him...it's not that hard. :)
