I just got back from browsing at my local Best Buy and saw the most incredible thing. they already had the season six set out, which I picked up. I don't know if it got maybee put out a week early by mistake or what, but what a pleasant surprise. It also sold for the low price of only $21.99. It felt like Christmas in early March.

YAY!!! That is so exciting!!! I'll go there first thing tomorrow morning!!! I went every single day for a week last season but they never put it out early:(!!! I so wish its there tomorrow!! Thanks for lettin us know and hope you enjoy it!!! :D

This is another great set. It was good to see Up In The Air unedited which Nick At Nite chopped up. Also, the ending to Some of That Jazz was edited on TV Land and getting to see the whole version really makes it more powerful, though it felt strange having a light hearted tag scene after that emotional Jack and Janet moment. Hopefully season 7 will have better extras and maybee Percilla will do some sort of interview. Haven't listened to the Jack Bares All commentary yet, but probably will today.

I always start calling a week before the release date to see if they might already have them on the shelves early. Sometimes when I call and the employee realizes they're aren't any of the shelves, the say they will go and put them on display. Of course, I don't tell them that it's too early :lol:

I tried that today and they said they had them on the shelves already. When I got the the store, they had other seasons, but not season 6 on the shelves. I think the employee didn't check for season 6 even though that's what I specifically asked for.

These companies are taking a huge risk by selling them before the official release date! Hubby works for Target and he said the fines can be up to $500 per incident plus Anchor Bay can take away the rights of the company to sell any future releases from the company!! That said it is wonderful that they are out early....

That's what my dad said. He used to work at a place like that and they were NEVER allowed to put them out early.

I went to Best Buy yesterday and they said they have the in the back but can't sell any until Tuesday and everywhere else just said that they don't have them yet.....:( :( I've been trying so hard to get one... :(

I ordered mine online the first 2 and it took about 3-5 business days!!! It shouldn't take that long promise!

I have amazon prime with next day shipping. I am scheduled to get it today. Sometimes I get my packages early with amazon and sometimes they are right on time!! I guess it all depends.
