I have the Donny and marie appearance. I'm really for looking a Tonight Show appearance

I dont recall seeing him in a lot of guest shot roles

I mean in his era, a TON of stars popped up on
Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Tonight Show, Carol Burnett, Game Shows, Etc and a lot of sitcom stars made a living of being a guest!
but i dont recall seeing Redd do a lot of that

He appeared on the Tonight Show about 8 or 9 times. I have his appearance on Donny and Marie and Brady Bunch variety hour.

I have a Redd Foxx appearance on the Captain and Tenille dvd. There are some decent guests on that show, the three guys from What's Happening, a couple from Welcome Back Kotter, Don Knotts, etc. I still haven't watched the whole set, but I checked out bits and pieces over the weekend.

Seeing actors from Welcome Back Kotter, What's happening, and sanford and son would be the only reason to buy a captain and tenille DVD-lol I must admit it was a good buy, now i have to go and get it

That's the reason I bought it. I didn't really care about the Captain and Tennille at all, but when I saw the list of guests, that's what made me want to get it.

I have a vhs tape that is chock full of Redd Guests spots at the end of other shows, I have been meaning to put this to dvd one day, maybe I will revisit it shorlty.

here i go again, ressurecting old posts - a lot of these are deceptively old. This will ferret out the current traders i guess - anyhow, I know of at least one appearance on the Midnight Special.
