Okay, people.

I'm currently making a list of episodes of television shows with epsiodes that deal with characters who either lose their virginity, or come close to doing so for the TV Acres website. And I'm not just including sitcoms on this list either.

Here's what I've got so far:

James at 15/16(The Gift)
The Hogan Family:
The Facts of Life:
Blossom:
Doogie Howser, M.D.:
Beverly Hills 90210:
Daria(My Night at Daria's).
The Pretender(Ranger Jarod)
Everwood(The Reflex).

Any further contributions will be appreciated.

I don't know if this counts since she wasn't a teenager, but Corky lost her virginity on her wedding night on Murphy Brown.

on "All in the Family" once, they had a flashback episode showing when Mike & Gloria first met, and Gloria did.

didn't "One Day at a Time" have an episode once where either Julie or Barbera did?

Matthew Brock (Andy Dick) lost his virginity in a season three episode of "NewsRadio." The whole episode he told everyone that he was just saving himself. Then he goes to tell his girlfriend in the breakroom. He comes out a few minutes later telling the staff that he's not a virgin anymore.

Dave: Well congratulations for losing your virginity, in the breakroom ... while we all stood out here waiting.

In the second season of That 70's Show, Donna and Eric have sex. They were both virgins before that. It later gets out that Eric wasn't very good, which makes him very upset. Donna goes around and talks to people about their first times and they all say that their men 'got better, eventually.'

You know, I could've sworn the one where Barbara did was supposed to be on her honeymoon night, where she freaked out just before doing so, and ran home to mother. Wasn't there a similar episode involving the former Julie Kaninsky running home to Nell on "Gimme a Break?"

Whoa... For Facts of Life...

Tootie almost slept with Jeff when he came back from college. However, that didn't happen.

Natalie lost her virginity to Snake in a last-season episode. Lisa Whelchel (Blair) was not in that episode because it went against her beliefs.

Jo got married to Rick, so we can only assume that relationship was consummated.

Poor Blair... just a tease...

Holly on What I Like About You.
No kidding? Too bad I missed it.

And i'm not sure if Mike loses it on Growing Pains.
I forget myself, but it seems like the kind of script Kirk Cameron reject as quickly as Lisa Welchel did with Mindy Cohn's character losing hers.

If this keeps up, I may have to just add this link to the letter.

Well, I did mention Jarod in "The Pretender" episode "Ranger Jarod," so yes.

Well, since someone has mentioned Mallory Keaton (Justine Bateman) on "Family Ties," I'll mention Alex P. Keaton (Michael J. Fox), who lost his virginity on another episode of the show. This to a woman who was one of his bosses' customers.

didn't "One Day at a Time" have an episode once where either Julie or Barbera did?

One Day at a Time did it twice with the "almost". Julie in season one ('All The Way'), Barbara in season 5 ('Pressure')

You know, I could've sworn the one where Barbara did was supposed to be on her honeymoon night, where she freaked out just before doing so, and ran home to mother.

No, that episode begins with Mark and Barbara coming home from their honeymoon, which she waited for. She runs home back to Ann later in the episode because she's mad about a lack of privacy because they move into a boarding house with Mark's college friends.

Ashley almost did on Fresh Prince.

Her boyfriend was played by Jaleel White, and Will and Carlton work hard to put a stop to her plans after overhearing her and Jaleel's character talking.

Carlton on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Oh yeah… But I never liked that episode. Carlton was taken advantage of by a married woman, who didn't care about him at all. The message of the episode seems to be though that it's better to wait for the right person than to rush into things with the wrong person, but it seems like poor Carlton had to learn that the hard way.

In the second season of That 70's Show, Donna and Eric have sex. They were both virgins before that. It later gets out that Eric wasn't very good, which makes him very upset. Donna goes around and talks to people about their first times and they all say that their men 'got better, eventually.'
Yeah... It makes you wonder though what Donna was expecting from her first time with Eric.

Was that episode in the first season? Seems like Alex did it in one of the very early episodes.
