I don't think so. I have read in other places that the laugh tracks are missing on a few episodes on the season 4 dvds.

I just received my season four yeterday and yes, there are a few shows without laugh tracks. I only watched a couple from the first discs, including the Black Day and they did't have any tracks. Another one is when Opie received a bike for making A's on his report card. I fell asleep on this, but I think Opie and the Birdman is without tracks.

Yes, Opie the Birdman is without laugh tracks. Coincedentally, I just watched this one. Makes it nice though, without the laughter.
