The whole club and bar enviroment never really did it for me. When I tried to do it I felt so out of place and was saying to myself-"What am I doing here?
Number 9 Dream 02-28-2006, 11:03 AM I only drink occasionally and dance when it's apparent I'm just being silly. I can't dance all that well.

yea, that's me. I mean, i am not a dancer by far, and I really don't drink enough to just go out with the sole purpose of drinking. So yea, the whole bar/club scene isn't really my thing. I'd rather go out to eat or stay in and cook and watch a movie or go out and do something like bowling, shopping, etc....
Brian Damage 02-28-2006, 12:09 PM I use to do alot of both, but the longer you go out to clubs, the younger the crowd gets. You start feeling like and old man in those places so I stopped.
Moonlight Lady 02-28-2006, 12:38 PM C. Neither
I don't like that environment and I very rarely drink. Usually at home around
the holidays.
Chad Michael Murray 02-28-2006, 12:39 PM I like doing both as well. Really, when everyone's drinking and having a good time, nobody cares what you look like dancing...assuming you aren't trying to bust out Michael Jackson's Thriller or anything like that.

I am sorry for not being in the age group you specified, but here is my answer. I love to dance. I don't care for drinking. My boyfriend and I just went out dancing two Fridays ago after we left a concert. We wanted to go out and have more fun.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'd be doing
dawsongirl 02-28-2006, 02:46 PM C. I don't drink either, and I hate rude, obnoxious crowds (aka, drunks) that are usually at clubs. I'd much rather go to dinner and then go back home and play pool or just chill. Or go bowling. That's always fun.
Ags2000 02-28-2006, 04:03 PM I was never into the whole party scene. I drink occassionally but not very often. I'd rather go out to a movie, dinner, play, or some sporting event then the whole club scene.
D
CollegeDropout 02-28-2006, 04:20 PM preferrbly b then a but either are fine by me! :) i love random dance parties, i suck at dance but its all about having a good time

I wouldn't want to take a female seriously who was in a club anyway.
Fonzarelli 02-28-2006, 05:08 PM I really can't dance, but when you're in a discotheque or a club, it doesn't really matter. Nobody will notice and the rest of the people can't dance either. :p
I don't mind going to a club or disco, but I'd rather hang out in a bar with a few beers. You really can't talk with others in a club with the loud music playing. A bar is the thing for me. And yeah, like I said, when I go to a bar, I like to have a beer and a smoke. But I also like going to a play, or going to the movies, or ust staying home with some friends to hang out and relax. As long as it's with the right people, I don't really care.

I'm in doubt.
Should I use:  or should I use  ?

Nighthawk76 02-28-2006, 10:30 PM I don't mind going out to drink once in a while. I drink much less then I did in college, but I don't mind going to a bar from time to time. I am not a very good dancer though. Infact, to get me to dance, I would probably have to be drunk.
Dumballa 02-28-2006, 10:30 PM It's not that I'm particulary fond of the bar scene, but I mean you have to let potential prospects know that you know how to have fun. And taking them out for some drinks and dancing, especially if you can't dance all that good let's them know you're not afraid of taking chances or looking silly but you never do.
marmalade 02-28-2006, 11:38 PM C. Neither.
Living In a '70's Dream 02-28-2006, 11:56 PM A.) I love to dance!!!; and I have been going to clubs, on a regular basis off and on for over eleven years. I am not a "stay at home" type of person. I need to spend my weekends with "other" people in a bar or club enviroment; if I do not (at least) dance once a week, I become depressed, and I also HAVE to hear some live music; dancing and live bands are essential part of my life.:)

Let's go out and PAAAAAARRRRRRTYYYYY!!!!!!! I'm with you. I feel so young, and since I still get carded, hell, I am gonna enjoy myself. I don't need to drink to have fun. As long as there are places, nice places to dance, have dinner and be around people who ARE NOT obnoxious, then you can really have a good time. There is this well known band that originated in Los Angeles and they play THEEEEEEE BEST dance, funk, old school, disco, R&B, slow, fast music. I swear, they are sooooo good. They wear 70's style clothes and these huge afros. The singer is so awesome. Dancing to their music, you can't stop, you just keep going. There was this 80 year old man there two weeks ago and he had his "young" wife and he boogied on and on and on. I was tired and there was that old man dancing without a break!!!

I get carded all the time also, It's annoying to me. I don't care what I do to myself people always think that I'm 18 or in High School.
Getting back to the post, No I don't go out anymore, I use to in College. I was never a drinker, but I do miss the dancing. There nothing wrong with going out dancing.

Live music is always cool.
Mr. Stefani 03-01-2006, 01:14 AM I'm not in your age group(which i dont get) and I dont know what else i'd do if i didn't go to a bar/club. I mean a movie and that stuff is good for first dates, but i'd rather go to the club and have fun.
I rarely drink, and while I dance around the house I think I would be uncomfortable dancing at a club. I'd much rather go to the movies or go bowling or rent a DVD with friends. Although there was a article in the paper about a club that was having an 80's night. I thought that sounded like fun, but I never went to it though.
Dutabi84 03-01-2006, 02:49 AM Like, on a date? Neither. Just drinking or dancing or any combination thereof on a date would suck.
Czas na Zywiec 03-01-2006, 03:38 AM A and B. Clubber here, so naturally i like both. And I get better with A the more B I have.
Cashodeen 03-01-2006, 04:03 AM A and B for me. I'm 22.
Cashodeen 03-01-2006, 04:10 AM I'm in doubt.
Should I use:  or should I use  ? ditto...
Hollow 03-01-2006, 04:12 AM c for me. i've tried both a and b, i abhor them both, and partying in general is stupid. i love being the oddball teenager who doesn't go make a drunken fool of herself every weekend.
