(AHN) - An insider at ABC insists that Kelly Ripa’s sitcom “Hope and Faith” is about to be cancelled.

Kelly was already beside herself with the news that the show which features her and Faith Ford as the title characters was put on ice during the February ratings sweeps.

An ABC spokeswoman maintains that the show will be back in March, but the insider reveals that the show is never coming back.

The insider told reporters, “It was a bitter pill for Kelly to swallow when ABC told her that the show was on hiatus. Kelly truly believed that the February episodes would boost “Hope and Faith’s” sagging ratings. But now, sadly, she may never get to know.”
