I wish I knew how to swim. I love water. I love swimming pools, I love the ocean anything water related I love, but I never learned how to swim.

I wish I could sing in front of people. I am very outspoken, I can read in front of people, I have read at funerals, in front of large crowds, etc. but I couldn't sing. It terrifies me.

I have never been on an airplane. I am deathly afraid of flying. I wish I didn't have that fear, but I have had this fear since I was little and constant nightmares abt planes crashing have instilled this fear in me.

1. Win the lottery (about $10 million would be nice).
2. "Win" Dawn Wells and Joyce DeWitt.
3. Have all of the props, lights, sounds and special effects from the Hallowed Haunting Grounds. :D

I have that same problem. I have never been on an airplane and I never will. I know they say flying is actually a lot safer than riding in a car, but I just don't buy that.

OMG, i get so sick and tired of people saying "it's safer than driving a car!" Yeah, but when I drive a car, it's me at the wheel. In an airplane, IT'S NOT ME FLYING THE PLANE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!:mad: Not only that, I don't have to do searches before anyone gets in my car. I don't trust the security people at airports...HELLOOOOOOOO 9/11?????????

And like you Irene, I have a fear of flying. I've done it plenty of times in my life so you would think I wouldn't be scared but every time the plane takes off I have a mini panic attack. I'm going to have to take Valium when I fly to France this summer.

- Drive.
- Be on American Idol.
- Be in a stage production of Rent.

I wish I could play an instrument of some sort. In elementary school, they had us play the recorder, and I used to be able to play "Mary Had a Little Lamb" on it, but not anymore. I would love to be able to play something again.

Yeah, we did. But that was only because the YMCA was attached to the school. If not for that, we wouldn't have had a pool.

I used to be that way but I had to learn how to get over that. It's the most rewarding experience when you get up there and sing and people randomly come up to you and tell you how great you are. I did a talent show at my school, and people I didnt even know were stopping me in the hallway after that to tell me how good I was and to give me hugs. That's really what it's worth. You cant get any better than that.


Anyway, I wish I could play the guitar or the piano.

1) Play keyboards professionally

2) Ice skate well enough to have competed (not a rink within 80 miles of here, so that goal was shot down years ago)

3) Speak at least 2 other languages fluently; preferably Russian and French (which I already know but not very well)

4) Learn the violin

Some schools in America may teach students, but it's not typical, as far as I know. You usually have to learn on your own time, like paying for lessons or having someone you know teach you.

I went to private school til I was 13 then I went to public high school. There wasn't a pool at that particular high school. Swimming pools are mostly at high schools and colleges. Not all our high schools have pools. But yeah, I could go learn.
