bunion removal? I went to my doctor today who scheduled me to have this done April 7th. I'm getting kind of nervous about it, since it will be pretty extensive. They have to do it on BOTH sides of my foot and then a month after the right foot is healed, they have to do the left. Anyone have this done and can tell me what to expect? I'm really nervous here haha Thanks.

Nope, sorry! But if it's just an in office procedure, it can't be too bad. I've had calluses removed and it was weird, because he used a razor to shave it off and I didn't even feel it. I've done worse damage shaving my legs.

Hmm well I did some research on it and no I would be under generalized anesthesia and in a hospital (just for the day, no overnight) and crutches. I just wanna know if anyone has had this done. Reading it is easy but there not gonna tell you the negatives on websites  Thanks dawsongirl!

My friends mom had it done and I don't want to freak you out or anything but she said she wish she didn't do it. She said she'd rather still have bunions than the pain of getting rid of them. No that's just one middle aged woman's opinion so I don't know if it will be like that for you.
