There was a story about several party lines in the city of Philadelphia where teenagers call to talk to other teenagers on the phone for free. The party line is like a Poor person's Internet and you can talk to whoever and it's no fee but some females who are 14 and 15 have been meeting OLDER men off the Party line and not returning home. It was said that older men on the line trick young girls to come and see them face to face. Police are trying to crack down on this problem in Philadelphia.

There are just too many sick and twisted people in this world. :( I hope they catch those creeps.

I think teenagers have a "nothing bad can happen to me" attitude in general. Hopefully those girls will be more cautious now.
