I watched "Summer Stock" on TCM and fell in love with it. It's a 1950 musical with Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. I was so dissapointed to learn that it wasn't out on DVD. I actually wrote 3 emails to MGM pleading with them to release it. And guess what? It's coming out on DVD April 25! I'm so excited! I doubt my emails did much, but I hope in a small way they helped.

There was a mini series that came on CBS in the late 80's about Jack the Ripper that I wish would be released on DVD. They have it out in region 2 and 4 (Europe and Australia) but I have yet to find it anywhere in region 1. I remember watching this when I was in High school and would really like to see it again.
