Sometime in the 1970's and only for a season-maybe two, there was a sitcom based in the south about a household of prostitutes. I know it sounds strange but I remember it well-just not the name of it. They lived in a southern mansion and had a young handyman who appeared as a side character. He was thin with reddish hair and a huge adam's apple. The lead prostitute also had reddish hair and a cartoonish voice. Thanks to anyone who can help....
