There was a case on UM about a biker who got hit by a truck, and the driver would not stop until th ebiker had to jump of the truck, losing his leg in the process.

Then, the truck stopped and the guy got out, and stopped another truck driver to help him search for the guy. The biker thought that he was looking for him to kill him, and managed to hide succesfully until the truck drivers left.

The show made it seem as the truck driver was some crazed lunatic, that was out to kill the biker but I always thought that there was a possibilty that the truck driver maybe dozed off, and by the time he woke up, he had already hit the guy.

Anyone know if this case had been solved?

Hasn't been solved to the best of my knowledge.

This one, at least in my opinion, will probably never be solved. It's such a shame, too. I feel so bad for that biker. One can only imagine what he was thinking as he was hiding from the truck driver that tried to kill him... the lack of motive is also pretty freaky.
