I have 250 unopened 16x Memorex dvds that won't work in any of my older burners. Anyone willing to trade for either 4 x or 8x blanks? Any name brand (Memorex, Fuji, Sony, TDK...)

All 128 of 209 of my Facts of Life episodes are burned onto Memorex 16x DVD-R's. And they are excellent quality, Memorex is just fine! Highly recomended.

I have tried this media and for some reason nothing but problems either on my lg burners or poineer same issues--to many costers-I think memorex uses very cheap dyes on there on there disc.

i used memorex for a long time, on their 4x and 8x procuts

they were riteks then

since they went to 16x, i had problems, and just stopped useing them as well

i would suggest takeing them back to the store you purchased the stuff from for a refund, or exchange

if thats not possible, o depot will take them without a sales slip for a store credit

BUT the truth is some peoples machines have trouble with them

SO i prefer other brands

they work fine for me

but not always for others
