I noticed this site that carries many Tv series(some complete some Best of "collections")that,as of now are not commercially available.Silver Spoons is among them.

Curious if anyone has purchased this through this site and if so,how is it?I mean,video,audio quality.Is there anything bad about this set that i as a potential buyer may want to know?

I have pruchased a 10 Dvd set of SS off of ioffer and am not to pleased with it.For one thing there are episodes that the audio is out-of-synch w/ the video.Also,because this was tranfered from vhs on more then a few of the episodes you get annoying vcr displays every now and then that says "Auto Tracking" and also,displays on the dates and time and recorded video tape speed.

I would like to get the complete series but do not want to invest in tese DvdAvenueTV Discs if these are in ANY WAY similiar to the lousy ioffer sets.

Long-Live-Them '80's,RIGHT?!

Don't waste your money on bootlegs. Plain and simple. It's likely that those discs are syndicated episodes recorded off televiison, or worse, originally aired shows transferred off old worn-out VHS tapes.
