I forgot all about this, but a few months ago I was looking on the internet on how I can help out young kids with cancer and while searching I found this page about a boy who made a wish to visit the set of 8 Simple Rules. Anyways, here's the link.

I hope you enjoy it, it brought me to tears. And it really shows how sweet John was. :)

I love how they talk about how John personally gave that child a sweatshirt and a script and they have the picture of him doing so. Leave it up to John to br the most amazing man ever in Hollywood. You don't see to many other actors that give that much to charity and are that down to earth and talented. I also really admire Brandon too.... he is going out there and making an attempt to live his dream to be an actor, something that can be tough to do. Him being an extra on 8SR really might get him going. I myself am going to try and peer my head into Hollywood, so I really admire Brandon for going for his dreams.

That was such a beautiful story. It really brought a tear to my eye. I can't believe how wonderful John treated him. He really was a terrific man. Brandon was a lucky little boy to have such wonderful people help him out like that and make his dream come true.
