You must have DVGATE to play it and then you can click the picture button, capture the image, save it, and then move it to your documents! All I needed to do was go to Best Buy and ask them to add it. Just go there and bring your laptop. They will install it. Or ask them how to get it. GAB needs more screencaps! Many, many more!
