What fast foods did or do tou like?

I hate fast food...except for In N Out. Animal style fries are so yummy!!

I choose MacDonalds:) I have that once in a while but not all the time...... I usually spoil myself on Fridays if i have the money to spend. But i'd rather Have Burger king..hmmm

Anything, and everything. It's one of those guilty pleasures that I wish I could totally get rid of. It would probably add 10 years to my life. Anyway, lately Jack & The Box has been my favorite. Especially their orea cookie shakes!! :drool:

Out of these choices, I voted for:

A&W and Arby's.

Here's my rundown on comments:

-MacDonalds (It's very rare I get a craving over it....mostly for their Big Macs)
-A And W, for those of us a little bit older (it's average but still good)
-Tasty Freeze (We don't have one...I always thought this was a fake one because I used to hear it on the Adventures of Pete & Pete shows...hmmm...)
-Arby's (love the roast beef sandwiches even if they are pricey)
-White Castle (We don't have one, but I have seen those frozen packaged burgers with the same name - is that where it hails from?)

Me too. I :heart: Arby's. I could probably find enough things to eat lunch or dinner there at least 4 days in a row. That's not common with me (I usually only have a couple things I love). And it's hard to beat a hot dog, fries, and a root beer.


I'm sort of a fast food junkie. :o Except for McDonald's. McBARF. Though I admit I miss the sausage and egg muffins. I stopped eating those during that time I stopped eating cheese, and now I'm really never up to eat them anyway.

I'm just a fan of fast food in general, I tend to get cravings for one specific thing from each of the fast food places. But my favorites are Taco Bell and White Castle. I really have to be craving White Castle in order to get it though because the closest one is 10 miles from my house.

And to those of you who said Sonic, I am jelous because there are no Sonic's in Michigan yet I always see commercials for it!

The White Castle burgers are available nationwide, frozen, and usually come in a six-pack box or in larger family sized packages. The White Castle restaurants are usually found in mid-western and some east coast states such as New York and New Jersey.



For me, it would have to be Original Tommy's hamburgers and hot dogs in the Los Angeles/Southern California area. They're best known for their sensational chili hamburgers, chili dogs and chili-fries and their chili is like no other!! It's that good!!! I usually don't like tomato slices on my burgers but Tommy's has those big beefsteak tomatoes that are used on their burgers and hot dogs. Their chili tamales are terrific as well. Tommy's can be found in the Southern California area only and I visit their message boards and people post like crazy saying "When will a Tommy's come to Cleveland, Ohio?", or "How about a Tommy's restaurant in Dallas, Texas?", etc.

Ah, I see... I decided to Google the website to see if there really aren't any locations in my state. There aren't any locations here.

I have a question about those little burgers in the restaurant: how much are they priced? Can you buy them individually or are they like a some number for a price priced deals? I hope that made sense. This is just out of curiosity.

I also have a question about the Tasty Freeze. No one voted for it. Does anyone actually have one of those? According to a Google search, it only lists one location in Chicago on Elston Ave. It sounds like a local place. That's probably why no one voted or brought it up, right?

Yeah, there are a number in Indiana. In the southeast, we have a fast food place which carries similiar hamburgers...Krystal.

My favorite from the poll would be McDonalds...love their fries.

Also for me there's Chick-Fil-A... I love their waffle fries and sandwiches.

I'm with you. Their stuff always looks so good. They need to get rid of some of these Coney Islands that seem to be popping up all over the place and put a Sonic there instead.

I can honestly say none of these fast food places appeal to me. Alot of Arby's on Long Island are closed down, I've never heard of Tasty Freeze or A&W, McDonalds just turns me off now (their fries are so nasty!), and White Castles is alright, but too greasy. Gimme Burger King or Subway any day! :D

We don't have White Castle here in Georgia, But I went to one when I was in Ohio once. The thing we have here that is similar is called Krystals (the small burgers). I think WC is probably better, though-lol

You can buy the White Castle burgers individually, I believe they are 49 cents a piece. There are also combo meals that include 10 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, stuff like that.

We had a Tasty Freeze here about 15 years ago, but for some reason they changed the name to Western Burger. I loved Tasty Freeze though!! At one time it was my very favorite fast food place. I don't think we have one around here anymore though. :(
