I dated this jamaican girl a while back. She actually liked me first, and I thought she was nice. We went out for a couple of months. She used to talk about her ex-boyfriend, "Steve" not too much, though. Come to find out, I reminded her of Steve. I realized I was filling his shoes, so that was the end of that. We remained on friendly terms.

Most of the relationships I've had before i met my husband were that way. I don't think any of those guys really loved me. One of the guys used to talk non stop about his ex wife all the time, how beautiful she was, what a great mom she was etc. He rarely paid me any compliments though. I think he was just after sex as well as the others i dated. It's nice to have finally found someone that I can really connect with.

im kind of in one now ...i do love her, and she does love me ( she says ), but, we both know that we are only together cause we both blew it with someone else that we loved , and lost *sigh *
( We were crying on each others shoulders and well...wound up a reluctant couple )
