I sometimes feel that The Wonder Years IS a drama with comedy, despite being only a half hour. And I sometimes feel that Freaks and Geeks is a comedy, though very dramatically structured and an hour long. Both are deep rooted in reality and I don't know how one can be a sitcom and not the other.
