Kelly Monaco is a great actress, but she's so out of place in the lead actress category. That's what GH has come too, that they barely have any older actresses to nominate, where's Nancy Lee Grahn? ohno:

Trent Dawson, I'm so happy he got a nom :D

I'm torn between Leven Rambin and Jennifer Landon cause both are amazing.

I hope Jesse Soffer wins

GH Nominated for Best Drama? WTH? AMC had a much better year than GH.

What no nominations for Alicia Minshew or Rebecca Budig?

Basically a big fat ITA to everything you said there, except for Monaco. I'm not a fan of hers at all.

I'm happy for AMC's folks, but to be honest, I wasn't expecting that much, really. I think all three are deserving.

ATWT definitely should get best drama. It was on fire for most of 2005.

And something is definitely wrong with the numbers you posted at the bottom. AMC had 6 acting noms? I wish!

I agree with you both....

I will be at the daytime emmies live and I am pulling for Tony Geary or Thorsten Kaye to take home the gold in the lead Nom Leven Rambin (Lily Montgomery, AMC)Tyler Christopher (Nikolas Cassadine, GH) and Susan Flannery (Stephanie Forrester, B&B)

...

I like Kelly M but she ain't no lead actress.

I laugh out loud at GH being nominationed for best show. The show has pissed me off for the last 2 year and it just keeps getting more and more out of control. The think that has made me just about give it up is that nasty Sonny/Emily pairing. That is the sickest thing yet.

Me too. I'm Soooooo happy for Gina and Kim. I really wanted them to win. I'm aslo glad that ATWT's Jennifer Landon won. I didn't know she was Michael Landon's daugher. He must be proud of her and watching over her. He died when she was 8 and it must meant something when she thank her family and Mike. I liked when she said, "Papa."

Can someone post a list of winners? I didn't see the show last night and don't know where to look online.

General Hospital (ABC)

I didn't have a problem with any of the winners except best show. GH has been so horrible for so many years now and yet it seems every year the idiotic Emmy voters hand this award to them. I don't get it.

But GL kicked some major behind in the acting categories and I was thrilled!!! I think I scared my kids I screamed so loud when Jordan Clarke won!! And I was so happy for Tom as well....all four were well deserved wins.
