I know this might happen alot, but...

There was an episode where Ted, Mary and (I believe) Gordy were onstage;

Ted makes a fool out of himself to the point where Mary tells him to shut-up on camera. Lou and Murray see this in the newsroom and Lou says:

Lou : Did I hear right? Did I just see Mary tell Ted to shut-up on TV?

Murray : Yes Lou.

Lou : Good. (smile)

If someone could tell me which episode(and which season for that matter) that was I would greatly appreciate it.

That's one of my all-time favorite scenes, from one of my fave episodes. "The Good-Time News," S3. It's out now on DVD. :)
