I have mentioned this case in previous posts the last couple of years and several people said they were familar with it. To my knowledge, the case was never profiled on UM, but was shown on a syndicated program about missing persons in the late 80's or early 90's. None of us could remember the girl's name or which state she lived in, making it impossible to find out if there was ever an update. I decided to do some research on the Doe Network website and found the profile of Jonelle Renee Matthews who went missing on 12/20/84 after a school Christmas program in Greely, Colorado. Finally a name and location to document the case. Unfortunately, the fact that her profile is listed on the website indicates she is still missing.

YES, I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THIS CASE AND THERE STILL HAS BEEN NO LEADS IN THIS CASE, ITS AS IF SHE VANISHED INTO THIN AIR...HER PARENTS MOVED TO KUWAIT LIKE IN 2003, BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY ON THE INVESTIGATION AND SHE WAS DECLARED LEGALLY DEAD.
IT WAS SAID THAT SHE WAS PROBABLY INCINERATED AFTER BEING KILLED, YET THERE WERE ONLY ONE SET OF FOOTPRINTS BEHIND THE HOUSE, AND IT MAKES IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW COULD SHE HAVE LEFT THE HOUSE? AND THERE WAS SO SIGN OF A STRUGGLE OR BLOOD OR ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE????? I OFTEN WONDERED IF THE PEOPLE WHO DROPPED HER OFF HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT, OR EVEN THE FATHER, I KNOW IT IS A TERRIBLE THING TO SAY...

ALSO THERE WERE A STRING OF MISSING TEENS FROM COLORADO IN THE 84 85 TIME PERIOD, MAYBE THESE WERE KIDS KIDNAPPED FOR THAT CIA CHILD PROSTITUION RING, SUCH AS THE JOHNNY GOSCH AND THE IOWA PAPERBOYS ....HOW COULD SOMEONE VANISH IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING??????????
