when Penny was "assaulted" by the boy who wanted Penny to do "more" with him, shouldn't Willona have either called the police, stormed over to the boy's home and made the parent(s) aware of what happened and give him a tongue lashing or something like that? I know if that had happened to my daughter, I would have done something so quick to that kid, he would think twice before even looking at my daughter. Willona messed up big time there; not to mention not talking to her daughter abt "birds and the bees".

the episode when Penny's friend had "stomach mumps" (pregnant) and Willona refused to tell Penny the truth abt her friend's pregnancy, sex education, etc.
