That's even funnier. After briefly reading about Nani Darnell on a few "Google" sites, I thought the use of her reference now is even funnier. It's like the reference in "Her Honor" of Vaughn Monroe. He was an early big band singer with a unique baritone voice who was thought to bring couples together with his singing. This information makes that reference even funnier as well. It seems the writers really did use many of Harry's "interests" when including references in the script while composing Harry's dialogue. They really did their homework. (LOL)

They usally have diffrent writers directors producers in past 9 year. But sometime Harry writes and once in a while director. Im sure that John Larquette have done as directors on that show.

I wonder why they dont keep the same writers and directors? like for example on Happy Days they have same director the late Jerry Paris from 1974 til the end 1985.(Jerry Paris was a regular cast of Dick Van Dyke show).
