I never saw the original NBC episodes so I just enjoy watching them the way that they are.

That is usually not the channels call, it is the distributer.

You should just be glad that they're at least showing it on the channel. At least it's better than not seeing the show at all. I don't mind the editing.

YES THEY ARE! they completely buthered Facts of Life 3 years ago when I was taping the episodes :( pissed:

I don't think they are that bad. I didn't see many of the episodes when they were on tvland/N@N so I just am glad that I am able to see them. Without it on tv I could never see the ones with Ellen until it came out on dvd and we don't know how long that will be.

Now I don't like Hallmark Channel that much because they took Family Ties off without even finishing the second season! That really makes me mad!:mad:

I think that they did butcher it now. They didn't even leave it on a month!
