She was saying it to Freddie at the first art exhibition.(The one with Novian Winters!)
It's my favorite because the way she said it was so funny!

My favorite quote is when Dwayne went out on a date with another woman he found attracted while he was engaged to Whitley. Dwayne felt gulity and told Whitley about the date and she replied " People have doubts Dwayne not dates"!
