In my opinion, the 60's was the WORST decade for Television and the only show I can sit and watch from the that era is "THAT GIRL"

Other than that show, that's it. Anyone else have a show they think was watchable from a decade of TV they didn;t think had a lot of good shows?

The 80's is my least favorite.

Not counting shows that continued from the 70's I will go with Newhart.

Id have to go with the 2000's.
I like a couple shows that have debuted in the decade but not as much as all the previous decades thats for sure.
I love Arrested Development the best of the shows i like in this current decade.

I personally hated the 60's shows. I guess Batman or Gilligans Island for their campiness, but that's it.

The 2000's worst decade ever for sitcoms. I like My Name Is Earl and I'm getting into Crumbs but other than that I don't watch any current sitcoms.

The 2000's is the worst decade for sitcoms. Out of all the sitcoms from the 2000's, There are only ten of them I like and are worth watching. Here is my list below.

Sitcoms that are still on the air

Mad TV
South Park
Family Guy
The Kumars At No. 42
American Dad
My Name Is Earl

Sitcoms that are no longer on the air

Titus
Grounded For Life
The Oblongs
Crank Yankers

That's it. All of the other sitcoms from that decade are all a waste of time to watch.

and out of that list I would add GFL and Titus to my list but they didn't last to long...Titus particularly was killed before its time.

I disagree with you on this one, there were several great shows from the 60's imo. How can anyone not like The Courtship Of Eddie's Father, My Favorite Martian, The Wild, Wild West, Bewitched, The Flying Nun, The Beverly Hillbillies, Petticoat Junction, Andy Griffith Show, Munsters, Addams Family, My Three Sons, The Lucy Show, Get Smart, Hogan's Heroes, McHale's Navy, Gomer Pyle USMC, Family Affair, Dark Shaddows, etc.

I think the 2000's was the worst as far as sitcoms go. I like According To Jim, Crumbs, That 70's Show.

All those shows were CORNY except maybe Mchale's Navy. So that's still only 2 TV shows out of 10 years

I agree about the 2000's being the worst decade for sitcoms. Actually, I think sitcoms started to go bad sometime in the late 1990's. The only sitcoms I really like that premiered in the 2000's are Scrubs, My Name is Earl, and the late great Andy Richter Controls the Universe.

I'll have to go with the 2000's as a decade with not many good shows. One watchable show out of that decade is State of Grace on the Fox/ABC Family Channel, which took place in the mid-late 1960s and is The Wonder Years revisited.

This is a slight variation on the question posted: In the 70s NBC was really in the basement with regards to sitcoms. Sanford and Son was just about the only sitcom that ran mainly in the 70s on NBC that can hold my interest. Diff'rent Strokes is more of an 80s show. Julia and the Bill Cosby Show are Ok to watch too, but they were both gone by 1971. The only other sitcom I can even think of that had any real popularity on NBC in the 70s was Chico and the Man, which I never cared for.

Maybe but I don't remember it. The only other NBC sitcoms I can even recall from the 70s were Hello Larry and The Practice with Danny Thomas (at least I think that last one was on NBC).

It's hard to pick either Get Smart of Green Acres as the only good show from the 80s
