people like what they like. My dad is 45 and still likes a lot of cartoons. Whenever I go to theme parks there is always older people. Chances are they are with there kids or grand kids but maybe not all of them. Also Chad Michael Murray, I like Matlock and I am 17.

I like the Sea Dragon. always been my favorite ride. But since I only get on a little bit of rides I wouldn't be a fun date which is why I would never take a female.

I do know what you mean, Rob hates rides too. The one time I talked him into riding the Son of Beast, he almost broke his ribs. But that never stopped him from going back even though hated the rides, he loved the park! Because there is more than just rides, they take that into consideration when they build the parks.

I love dinner and comedy. Sporting events are real fun. I live here by the beach, so that's a real fun time to. Just looking out at the ocean, seeing the boats, feeding the birds. I love it. I am a beach girl all the way. But, I do love amusement parks. I love Good Times. I love alot of things.

I don't think age has anything with enjoying theme parks. I personally know alot of people that are older than me that love them just as much as I do if not more! I wouldn't trade my time at the theme parks for anything in the world!!

I'm over 35 and I still love going to amusement parks, and if somebody asked me out and said he was taking me to an amusement park as our first date, I'd be all for it. It sure beats the same old tired dinner & a movie!!Where does it say that a person has to stop doing certain things when they reach a certain age? I live about an hour from the Disney parks, in fact, I just went to Epcot back in Nov. and went on 'Test Track'. Everytime I go to one of these parks I see people of all ages there(and they all aren't there with kids!!) Same goes for all the Six Flags parks I've been to.

BTW, I also still go to rock concerts, and I'll be going to them even in my 40s/50s/60s. That may have been a little off-topic of what is actually being discussed here, but oh well. My point has to do with age, and not doing certain things anymore just because one reaches a certain age.

I think if a guy had asked me out to a theme park even in my 30s, it would inticate a fun-loving and easy-going guy. That would be an extremely endearing quality to me.

He can politely say "I don't agree with homosexuality", but instead he took the "I will punch any guy who is gay and tells me I'm attractive" and "if you associate with gays, you're gay yourself" and the sort route. Nobody has to agree with homosexuality, but Solomon's issues with homosexuality don't sound like religious reasons, but paranoia (which truly is homophobia... if you're afraid that having a gay friend will make you gay yourself, you're being paranoid, and therefore homophobic because you fear gays), and everytime he says something to correct himself, he comes off even more rude and offensive than before.

And remember, Chad Michael Murray did nothing wrong except honestly answer a question, and anyone who has read more than two posts of his knows he swings both ways... how strange would it be for a 100% heterosexual 21 year old MALE to have a WB heartthrob as his screenname and avatar?

that's the truth. He can politely say "I don't agree with homosexuality", but instead he took the "I will punch any guy who is gay and tells me I'm attractive" and "if you associate with gays, you're gay yourself" and the sort route. Nobody has to agree with homosexuality, but Solomon's issues with homosexuality don't sound like religious reasons, but paranoia, and everytime he says something to correct himself, he comes off even more rude and offensive than before.

STILL... it could have been dropped. Plus, I don't remember him saying that someone deserved to be beat up just because they were gay. Some of the stuff he said was wrong, and didn't need to be said, but it went both ways. Others said things that shouldn't of been said too. I believe a post going on over 10 pages fighting w/ someone who obviously isn't taking it as serious as the rest shows a lack of maturity on both sides.

How's this? From now on, everytime someone says something that's politically incorrect or might hurt somebody's feelings, I'll just close the thread.
