Anyway's back to the point... I'm in search of a quote involving Frasier and someone else who says to him either... "I haven't seen you this upset since they stopped making Coca Cola" OR "I haven't seen you celebrate like this since they brought Coca Cola back." Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember the episode, but it was Rebecca who reminded Frasier of the time he (paraphrased) "danced around the bar after they brought back Classic Coke."
