Dream On - Oak Ridge Boys

Little Mel, "Dream On" reached #7 on the Billboard Country and Western charts in 1979. In my book that's remarkable!

Here is my list:

* everything the kids on The Brady Bunch sang
* everything on The Beatles' "White Album"
* everything on The Eagles' "Desperado" album (the highest anything charted was "Outlaw Man", reaching #59 in 1973!)
* "Nirvana" by Robert Plant in 1990 (which I used to think was "Nevada", as in The Silver State  ! Then I saw the album was titled "Manic Nirvana", as in the Kurt Cobain grunge band  )

Oh okay, I didn't know that. I guess by lesser known songs, I mean songs that aren't all that well known today. "Dream On" kind of seems like one of those forgotten classics to me. But yeah, I love that song!! Along with "Quitting Time", and "Don't Laugh At Me", it's probably my favorite Country song of all time.
