I don't know about any of you all, but...
I think that TV Land is such a butcher when it comes to showing their episodes. Sure, we have to make allowances for the commercials and stuff like that, but OMG, do they have to cut out the truly funny parts of shows?

Just like last night (Saturday, January 28) when they showed WH's "The Burger Queen".
When it came on, it had Raj entering Rob's Place asking his buds Rerun & Dwayne "what's happening".
For those of you who don't yet have the DVD set of WH, there was a very good & hilarious portion involving Rerun arm wrestling Shirley for tip/no tip, right before Raj enters the sandwich shop. And TV Land couldn't spare just a FEW moments to show that??? Oh, Lordy...
Of course, there are numerous other shows where most of the truly funny parts are cut out by this station; Ireneparalegal made a good mention not long ago of the second part of "The Doobie Brothers", in fact. ;)
Anyways, I just thought I'd share that with you all...

Yeah I always said I don't care about editing but don't take out the funny parts.

...the fact that TV Land, in its early beginnings as a station, never cut out any parts of any given sitcom.
I remember when it first came to be a cable station, back in 1997-98 (or so), and it showed the whole length episodes of All in the Family, Sanford & Son, and others!
I wonder what their "issue", if any at all, is now???
Go FIG...
