The episode gave a real glimpse of struggles and challenges of living with roommates. I liked when Thelma realized that she was not cut out yet to be on her own. On the other hand, Michael and J.J. should had given Thelma her space. Her anger and wanting to move out was clearly understood. To live with individuals who acted like cage animals is common in seeking roommates. I was annoyed by the behavior of Bear and his sloppiness given his weight. As an overweight person I was insulted by his characterization. Not all overweight people are slob and bullies. He acted as if he was living in a cave growing up with no social graces whatsoever. It was great when Thelma pushed her female roommate down in the box of chocolates.
I was wondering if James and/or Florida was there how they would had handled Thelma's living situation??? It would been great if James would had encountered Bear. That would had made great comedy.

This episode made no sense because her reason for moving was so she could have privacy. So she leaves an aartment with 2 people so she could move in with THREE PEOPLE?-lol

It sure did not make any sense and Thelma realized it at the end when she told J.J. that she made a mistake. That moment with her and J.J. moved me to tears.

She was better off staying at home, because the place she shared with those people didn't respect her either. That Raj-looking dude was in his own world, the Bear ate up everything, and that female pushed up on Thelma's boyfriend. She had it made with Michael and J.J.

And plus that place was smaller

If I didn't know any better, I'd swear that apartment looked similar to Raj's and Rerun's apartment.

The episode was silly. I mean Thelma would've have better sense than to just move in with some people she barely knew. She should have had more patience and found some better people to live with.

This was a funny episode - every bad, annoying thing that could've happened sure happened to Thelma!! I too would've liked to see James face off with Bear. That would've been a scream.
