After the transaction the new name of the network will be the ABC Family Channel (remember Disney owns ABC, the same network on which TWY originally aired!!!). Actually, Blair, it is going to be called "ABC Family" since the Walt Disney Company (to whom Fox sold the Family Channel) because Mickey Mouse and Company also owns the ABC network.
